He is focused on developing an IT governance framework, underlying policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. He places emphasis on analyzing costs, and the risks of information technology to advise management and offer a course of action. Sid works with organizational leaders to select; plan, implement, and support managed services and outsourced solutions.
